It is solely your opinion - not shared by ANY court of law - that the COVID vaccine meets the definition of "experimental treatment" under the Geneva Convention. IF YOU REALLY SERVED, you took an oath. As a sworn defender of the Constitution, you are RESPONSIBLE to know that treaties passed pursuant thereto are organic law of the land to precisely the same degree that the Constitution is: that is, absolutely law of the land.
We are party to treaties codified in the Nuermeberg Code, including but not limited to the Geneva Conventions.
The Nuremberg Code - again, codified treaties to which we are signatory and indeed of which we were the originators - EXPRESSLY forbids coercing, compelling or extorting any person, whether civilian or military, free or incarcerated, citizen or non-citizen, to participate in medical experiments. The Covid "vaccine" was (AND IS) still experimental under U.S. law when soldiers were forced to take it in contravention of the afore-mentioned treaties. You can play stupid all you like. The law remains the law; your oath remains your oath. Your blithe narrative ignoring these facts and defending these violations is itself a reneg of your oath to defend the Constitution. I swore no such oath, yet I am defending what you swore to defend against your lies.
