Like I said...no court of law has EVER declared that the COVID vaccine or any vaccine violates the Geneva Convention, or the UCMJ for that matter...but cool spin... and I admire your gumption here. By your definition, the entire officer corps of the US military have violated their oaths of office. Our own laws define the "vaccines" as experimental. We have specific rigorous testing that all new drugs must undergo, and this testing is defined not only by the numbers of people in test subject pools but also by replication: multiple broad-based double blind human trials with similar outcomes. The FDA could not find the "vaccines" safe and effective, as the requisite studies were never undertaken before rollout. That is why they were made available exclusively by way of an Emergency Use Authorization, and not by a finding. It takes an average of TEN YEARS for a drug to get FDA approval as "safe and effective." Until then, the drug is experimental.

Even when drugs are designated as "fast track" by the FDA and eligible for "accellerated approval," (the laws allowing this passed in 92 and 2012 to permit cancer patients to roll the dice), they are STILL legally experimental and subject to oversight by the FDA. Users are willing and informed participants in phase 4 trials - NOT recipients of FDA-approved drugs proven "safe and effective." UNTIL A DRUG IS RATED "SAFE AND EFFECTIVE" BY THE FDA, IT IS EXPERIMENTAL. Everyone using the "vaccines" is a trial participant - but very few are fully informed and voluntary participants. Most were gaslighted - compelled, coerced, extorted, or enrolled under false pretenses in the belief the drugs had been found "safe and effective" by the FDA. They HAD not and they HAVE not. .
