Nice dodge. The form of governance chosen by that confederation of states is a representative democracy. It's a REPRESENTATIVE REPUBLICAN CONFEDERATION!! EACH State is a sovereign within itself and those States have the CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY to dissolve the Federal Government AT WILL IF THEY CHOOSE TO.
