If you watched the John Oliver segment in its entirety, you would see him debunk the "migrant crime wave" meme. There has always been crime in America. The fact of the matter is that crime is down over, say, a decade ago. And the data shows that illegal immigrants perpetrate less violent crime per capita than citizens do. But do stay willfully ignorant.
