Funny how they don't see it that way if I would rob a bank and then turn the money over and say, "see, I didn't commit any crime since I turned the money back in". Add to this that the Constitution has LONG recognized that the President as COMMANDER IN CHIEF has the authority from the day he takes office to be able to declassify and release information as he desires. IN SPITE OF YOU BS CLAIM on the "Espionage Act". It doesn't apply to ANY President.
And to suggest the anyone is above the law and that POTUS could not violate the Espionage Act is patently ridiculous. Show me in law where he is exempted from it.
