How is is that a self-proclaimed Democrat like you suddenly doesn't believe in our Constitutional right to a trial (and other rights found in the 1st, 6th, and 8th Amendments) by jury rather than a summary execution of unarmed civilians as you propose?

And if all of the J6 rioters had stopped in their tracks when directed to by law enforcement officers, put their hands behind their heads, and waited to be handcuffed and taken into custody, I would have been 100% behind that. If I were the AG, I would have tried them ALL for insurrection and, THEN mowed them down by firing squad if found guilty.
and they were armed. Stakes used to beat people are "arms,"... same as pitchforks... same as fire extinguishers when used as projectiles or clubs.
