1.  Stakes used as cudgels are weapons.  Fire extinguishers used as battering rams are weapons.

3. Why would anyone think that 10K National Guard troops were needed to protect the Congress of the United States from the PEOPLE of the United States?
Prior to January 6th, have the PEOPLE of the United States ever attacked the Congress of the United States before???

4. The absence of National Guard troops did not magically smash windows and storm the capitol.  J6 MAGA RIOTING CRIMINALS DID. 

5. Tell me:  why weren't physical police barriers and a line of capitol police not sufficient to prevent law-abiding American citizens from entering the capitol that day?
Shouldn't they be??
