All businesses have to increase their charges when taxes go up...or they will either fail or watch their income go down.
poor people pay little tax. millionaires pay big tax.. billionaires COLLECT THE TAX MONEY from the previous two groups. And hoard alot of it.
How in the world could it be Otherwise? If the wealthiest paid all the taxes, they wouldn't be wealthy lol
