This is war department (renamed to dod) )propaganda given to Americans about nazis. Many of the talking points remain today...they simply do not mention the 'holocaust which was something basically added in the 1960s to attempt to reinforce their narrative.
this is not some population..since a more homogeneous population will naturally have a sense of common belonging and common struggle.

For this reason there was a significant anti colonialist aspect to national socialism which resulted in their alliance with Japan and support from conquered people all over the world...such as Palestinians and Indians. This is a big reason why the British elite felt that national socialism was a threat to their empire (which they lost anyway shortly after winning the war). The nazis believed Aryan self determination was being undermined by the cunning and wealth of the jew, which was their gripe with jews...not that jews were somehow inferior.
