It is very clear that it was all staged from the start. The state literally just wanted to give full automatics to criminals while working to disarm law abiding citizens.
they did NOT use this to justify going after cartels. Just the opposite. They jsut gave the cartels guns and then walked away from it.
THat may sound hard to believe, but you just cannot deny the facts of this case.
