Hitler?  He was loyal only to a select few Germans who supported him and a murderous fiend to many other Germans and Austrians.  We saw how long his reign lasted.

Julius Caesar?  He fought his own people in a civil war and he was so popular that he was ultimately assassinated.

I am not for any revolution to make kings, or to hand authority over to a group of self-appointed elites. They are always for themselves and their families, not for the people.  There are many problems with our system.  It is difficult to fix the problems, maybe even impossible.  It may be that we eventually need a revolution, but I would want one similar to that lead by the founding fathers of this nation - with a few tweaks to fix what they perhaps overlooked.

reading your post, it appears you don't believe there has ever been a great leader, period.  Are you a anarchist?
