Without a doubt the most predictable clue they can put out is a quick history about their move.
The ones that claim to move because they were surrounded by assholes must be in a certain gene pool.
Saying, "It's refreshing to be in a new place" only pops up more red flags.
Within six months to a year everyone hates them because they basically suck as neighbors/people.
Moral: You can't escape yourself. The pattern exists for a reason.
