I've led many teams. Completed many projects much bigger than myself.
I know the value of one-on-one interface and the true value of appreciation.
I appreciate respect from my teammates and they get real compliments.
Getting the job done. Forging working relationships. Partitions between business and friendships.

I meant the type who seems to bristle at the word "collectivism". Many engage in group activities, yet still take umbrage when its pointed out that they belong to a group
