When Cheney was VP, his company Halliburton got no bid government contracts. No bid means that no other company could undercut them. Competition there would have saved tax payer dollars. No bid meant that Halliburton was able to charge WHATEVER THEY WANTED to taxpayers during the occupation of Iraq. That’s.. rigged.
