As a US Citizen I should not have to live in fear of people who want to force me to either become a Land Developer or else be forced to sell it to a Land Developer in order to avoid bankruptcy.
this is a legit argument against LVT
It is meant to appeal to those who want a fair and just society , with maximum productivity. It won’t appeal to everybody. From an individuals perspective who want to use land speculation as a means of profit, of course it’s not going to be appealing
