You're trying to complicate it. It's blood simple. We draw a line, you pick a side. There'd likely be an equal number of homes for sale.
I LOVE the idea of modern secession. But I don’t think it would be simple. I have read some pretty sophisticated articles about what it would look like, and it seems messy and complex. But worth it IMO
