Problem: Not all of course, but a significant percentage of the black community have consistently flooded our legal system, causing a burden on the taxpayers regarding prisons, police, ambulance services, and ER services (no insurance.). This problem poses a threat to the safety of our society. Their use of these services is far more disproportionate than any other race/ethnicity in America.
Solution: Not all of inner school black kids are thugs, even if they live in the ghettos.
Step 1: Find those kids and only those kids. No thugs.
Step 2: Educate them on black history in America. If you take any random black person, they could tell you the names of any rapper, hip hop, and sports star. However, most probably couldn't tell you who many important historical black figures are, such as Harriot Tubman, Booker T Washington, Fredrick Douglas, Dubois, and many others who shaped the future for black America. In fact, some may not even know who MLK was. This is all by design. It was 100% intentional by the dimocrats.
That's it. I am 100% certain, that this will promote positive change. I know it seems like a **** simplistic solution. However, you would be amazed how much a little knowledge, that is pertinent to the individual, can do.
so, this is a solution to help the black community, excluding thugs. Maybe 10 to 20% of blacks?
