No.  Not completely.  BTW, this is from the Declaration of Independence from England, not from the Constitution which was negotiated as a binding pact between the 13 original states and every state admitted to the Union after that.

In any event, I do not believe that all men are created equal.  I do believe that all men are endowed by the creator with certain inalienable rights.  I do not believe that people have a right to live perpetually, or upon handouts from others.  They have a right to pursue their own lives, pursue happiness and a right  to liberty, i.e. freedom, as more specifically defined by the Constitution.

believe that people do not have the right to deprive others.  People should be able to roam the land and live or die by thier own wilderness skills, roughing it.  If we are going the extreme individualist route, you should support that right. You cant have it both ways.  If kids dont have a right to eat, then Bill Gates has no right to buy up all arable land, declare it private property and make people starve while he uses thier tax dollars to police the very lands they are "trespassing"
