This is not free and fair and devoid of violence and coercion about subjugating the population of thousands of square miles and starving them. What I described is EXACTLY what happens in mercantilism in hundreds of villages in Vietnam, Bangladesh and other third world backholes.
Slave labor in the name of Capitolism to bring us Nike, Old Navy, bananas and many other commodities produced at the point of a gun.
