For all the vaunted dignity and responsibility of the office of president, Biden displays the cognitive ability of a very young child.  He can’t even read off a teleprompter, he falls down constantly, he wanders… 

how can people continue to pretend that the president is really in charge of anything?  A hand puppet is all
That is needed, and we don’t even know who’s working the damn puppet
