every great achievement was done by a group of homogenous people working in cooperation. The moon landing was orchestrated by a bunch of white guys, there were no black engineers in NASA on that project.
the Great Wall of China was not the product of a rainbow coalition. The pharaoh did not have a hiring quota for foriegners to help build the pyramids.
in any project, the inclusion of outsiders (diversity) brings down morale, erodes trust, creates infighting and disrupts harmony. This is why nothing great in the U.S. has been done since the 1960s, when diversity became official government policy
