Whatever you say must be true if it was on the internet. Are all the part interchangeable with the same tolerances and quality controls? A few thousandths here and here can make a world of difference in feel, function, and price. It's not the same as Ruger makes a Colt. 1911's were made by different manufacturers for WWII and didn't always interchange parts and those were meant to be basically the same gun.
