If America could nuke Japan twice . . . why can't Putin nuke Ukraine just as many times ?

By the way, I bet most people don't know that America planned to drop a third nuke on Japan !
Maybe on Tokyo . . . I don't really know.
The flight was already on it's way . . . but because of Japan's capitulation . . . they dropped it in the Japan sea instead, without detonating it !
And it is still there at the bottom of the sea to this day !
