The real thing . . . in Andra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala . . . and Sri Lanka.
Honestly . . . the best I ever ate was in Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu.
Idli sambal.
I wish my body would support me to taste it once more before I go.
I can't ride a bike anymore . . . renting a car could be an option . . . with my wife driving it.

If corona virus **** restrictions relax some more . . . we may be going back to where me and my wife met the first time . . . 40 years ago : Vagator, Goa.
And then head south !
