I have a sister who is a doctor, a pediatrician in fact, a good one, her patients worship her, she is honest smart , she can hardly be said to be motivated at all by money, if she had wanted she could ave gone into something far more lucrative, she is one of the few geniunely good and moral people I have encountered in my miserable corrupt life, and she.s a blood relative go figure . She says there are virtually no risks, I mean there are small risks involved in all life, you get in a car , there is a risk, you walk down the street , some one might shoot you, especially if you are American, happens several times a day in fact, you buy tide pods, your little brats gling to swallow one if you don't take care
