There was no quid pro quo. No aid was threatened to be withheld.

They were told they wouldnt get a meeting till they played ball and the AID WAS BEING WITHHELD with NO credible reason for it. Even the acting Amabassador in his text message was saying it was CRAZY to withhold aid

That is not what Schiff said the whistleblower did NOT tell them the content of his complaint but was asking for advise how to take the issue forward
Schiff never shared the information with his fellow Repubs, which is stunningly sleazy and unethical given that Dems are basing impeachment only on this one set of false charges.
