This IS a pandemic FLAT OUT a worldwide spread of an infectious disease. Being caught up in the IRRELEVANCE of exactly what the death rate is shows how STUPID you are and how little you understand the issues you spew mindless propaganda about. That is a stat that will fluctuate there is no EXACT amount of how deadly a disease is.
