I understand. All dogs have their upside and downside and having a protective dog has its risks and responsibilities. Its all about what dog FITS you not which is a better dog breed, For a few years there the dog breeder periodicals warned about overbreeding of Goldens and them getting neurotic and being one of the breeds that did more fear biting than most.
