And how does that suddenly make the ballot harvesting that HAS BEEN PROVEN to be legal? Even if a ballot was sent to a legitimate voter, that DOES NOT legitimize the mules collecting dozens of them and dropping them in the boxes, WHICH IS ILLEGAL!
