Good points all, but if they choose not to go down the impeachment route, I'm not fully confident that the Republicans would pull out all the stops to pass laws revoking Biden's EO's over his veto, because immediately after the new Congress is seated in January of 2023, they'll be less interested in rescuing Biden from his disastrous policies and dedicate more time to the goal of getting a Republican president in two years. And the worse Biden's policies fail, the easier that will be to achieve. And I expect they'll be quite busy prosecuting scumbags like Hillary and Hunter Biden for their crimes, and depending on what becomes of those, there could easily be found reasons to impeach Biden for his criminal actions.Skans » 16 Jun 2022, 2:13 pm » wrote: ↑ Ok, so we agree on what the Constitution says and how it would work. Any way it's sliced, our country will be in dire straits for the next two years at least. And the longer Biden has any power, the longer it will take us to recover from the damage he's doing.
