Biden CAUSED Russia to invade Ukraine after stupidly claiming the lie that he would let the people of UKRAINE decide if they wanted to join NATO, (not true, as only NATO MEMBERS could approve of allowing them to join) which Putin had already stated unequivocally that such an action would NOT be permitted.
