You have no idea how the negotiations went, and the ONLY thing you know for sure is that Trump's strategy worked for the benefit of the US and the rest of the world to immediately get the price of oil lower. And if there is no agreement on a peace deal, Trump has plenty of options to restart the further destruction of their country, and probably take Kharg Island to force Iran to comply. Trump has the troops ready to take it over right there, and their continued bombing of the Kharg Island defenses shows Iran that we can do so in a moment's notice, and you can't stand that!
