It DOES NOT connotate specifically whether a car is FULLY electric or PARTIALLY electric, does it, asshole?
So why can't you answer this question: If a car WITH AN ELECTRIC MOTOR is made with the ability to run WITHOUT GAS, then WHAT IS THE FUEL USED IF NOT ELECTRICITY?
