Seems like you blame EVERYONE except the lifetime criminal that needed help......
They don't even call for self defense.
Penny was in zero danger.
But yet he felt the need to sneak up on someone and choke them out until dead
He was never a real marine by that action alone. He showed a cowardly and murderous side of himself.
