I find it quite hilarious that the Republicans on here don't know the first thing about self defense and what you are and aren't allowed to do in these situations.
Penny is going to find out and be an example of what you can't do. Verbal threats don't call for physical intervention.
If someone walks up to me and says I'm going to kill you,unless he puts his hands on me or pulls out a weapon all I'm allowed to do by law is call the police and get away from them. If they pull out a weapon or touches me then I have the right to physical self defense. And then I will still.most likely be arrested until things can be sorted out.
