That is very true. I don't remember the last time I talked with a motivated employee here in the states...maybe back in 1999...lol.

Maybe some curry *** who brought his family over from some slum in India and hoped to eke out a better living is highly motivated, but then again they already have the nepotism in place to advance in tech.
