One of my primary criticisms (after I state my agreement with you on the "money/credit creation" issue) is that no matter what system you adopt, that thin layer at the top of the pyramid will always exist.
It is a part of human nature.
Show me one organization or system with greater than 150 people (Dunbar's #) that doesn't have the pyramid-like structure with the "owners" at the center making the final call.
You cannot because it doesn't exist.
Even "anarchist" organizations (like the left-wing Mexican Zapatistas) have hierarchy. Theirs is a bit flatter than our oligarchy/kleptocracy/whatever you want to call it, but it has the same shape and yes, they have their "owners" too.
The best you can do is usurp the "owners" temporarily, and hope the next set of owners will be a bit kinder and apply Cantillon's money neutrality. Wasting your time here "educating" people (How many people listen to your words? Maybe 1 out of 20 or 1 out of 30?) does nothing meaningful.
