I cant show EXACTLY that but I CAN say that the INCA had no money. NOTHING analagous to such a thing. Your taxes were paid in labor by what you did. If you were a brewrr you spent so much of your labor went to the King who distributed it.. Even TODAY in remote regions the bridges are rebuilt on the Inca timeline in a part of the world where today THOUSANDS starve no one went hungry or without shelter and the Spaniards said that theft was unknown among them. The KING livd in a palace but other than that without a money system no one was ABLE to accumulate GREAT wealth. The royalty and great priests lived in nice neighborhoods and had nicer houses but NO ONE had the kind of wealth that say Bezos has today. Meanwhile the mail was delived across a couple of thousand miles in a week or so and messages could be sent in hours. They did engineering projects that we marvel at today. Many of the roads used TODAY in the remote reagions of Peru and Boliva are INCA built roads. So while not in any way UTOPIA. IT meets a lot of the criteria he spoke of and does show the point he was trying to make IS viable
Even if the Incan system fits into peepee's definition of an "honest" system, which I sincerely doubt, the conditions for that are far removed from what we have today. There is no feasible way to revert to that class of archaic systems.
That being said, you do bring up a good point about the pseudo-gift economy the Incans had.
