In a country with 150 million people that spans eleven time zones, you actually believe that Putin is going to catch and arrest anyone he thinks has been "grooming"?
It is not as though any newspaper or broadcaster is going to expose Putin if he does nothing about some oblast where transsexuals are grooming children.
