There is no NATIONAL CELEBRATION as there is in RUSSIA or other nations, ASSHOLE!! Yes, SOME cities, towns, and even ORGANIZED GROUPS still do celebrations, wreath layings, etc. but where is the NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED ONE?? Keep looking.
