The true goal is to dispose of millions of tons of chemicals in decades-old vats. Since the chemical industry can no longer release those chemicals into rivers, lakes, and otherwise pristine natural reserves, Chem Trails enables corporations to disperse them at high altitudes.
The rain washes these chemical abominations out of the sky and nobody will notice…unless you test rainwater thoroughly (which nobody does.)
