All of those non-essential businesses should have shut their doors, & hunkered down & saved their $ & filed for their earned unemployment benefits like every other worker, & Moscow Mitch should have come thru with more $ for every1! So genius, you think all these thousands of businesses that have closed down for good and lost ever dime they ever invested won't pursue legal channels against the state? How do you think a moron like Cuomo is going to be able to justify the closure of a business when they can point to such a miniscule number of people who contracted the virus at their establishment, when it would be virtually impossible to prove otherwise?
I'm currently working with the owners of two fitness centers in Staten Island, NY. One was permitted to reopen a few months ago, and the second one was ordered to remain closed because it fell within an arbitrary parameter chosen by Cuomo, despite being less than half a mile from the first one.
Bottom line, if you don't like what's contained in the US Constitution, THEN GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF CHANGING IT! Otherwise, shut the **** up when it comes to yapping about something you're clearly so ill-informed about!
