I not only refuse to mask in public, but I also told the Red Cross to **** themselves when they refused to take platelets from me unless I masked.
I went and gave plasma, instead - and was paid a hundred bucks. The laugh is on the Red Cross - a charity I have favored for many years, since they taught me to life-guard in my youth. I told them to lose my contact information - they will never get platelets from me again.
Those assholes make THOUSANDS every time I give. It takes 90 minutes and involves two large-bore needles and is very gross, as your blood re-enters at a lower temperature after being stripped of platelets. From now on, I will continue to contribute my healthy blood to my fellow man - but in the for-profit domain; and I will happily take the $.
