NOT TRUE! I had a GREAT high school English teacher who worked at FORD before becoming a teacher. I worked as a substitute teacher for 3 years after working in construction for 44 years, 36 of those years as a commercial construction estimator & project manager. We need real-world, experienced teachers who want to actually impart their knowledge and experience on young minds. We do not need more teachers who have done NOTHING BUT go to school and teach their entire lives continue teaching and hating on children.
