yes that is all she had to do is comply. But not complying doesn’t automatically mean you deserve to be shot dead. She was most likely afraid about the cop with his hand of his gun. She refused and tried to run down a police officer.
She made a choice
she hardly floored the car. The cop could have easily dodged the car as he did.
