When they fail to do that, it's because they DON'T want to live in Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, or El Salvador! And that's why Trump passed an executive order to REQUIRE all asylum seekers who want to enter the US TO FILE THEIR PAPERWORK IN MEXICO AND WAIT THERE UNTIL THEIR CASE IS ADJUDICATED!
