Bankruptcy DOES NOT charge the rest of the country for a business' loss when someone files for bankruptcy. The LENDER takes the hit for being careless enough to provide a line of credit for someone so undeserving. And to compensate for their losses, they charge high interest rates which you can choose to either accept when necessary or you can pay your full balance due every month to avoid.
WE DON'T NEED THE GOVERNMENT INTERFERING WITH CONTRACT LAW! But the idiot Obama started that game off by breaking contract law with GM, and that set a completely unwise and unnecessary precedent.
