Trump merely dropped the deduction limit from $1 MILLION down to $500,000. It still mainly affected buyers and homeowners in the high cost market. Really, how many average Americans can afford a $500,000 or more home, especially the wealthy that took advantage of that loophole by buying a second home.
My son works for the largest private building materials suppler in the US. They could swallow Home Depot whole. What is slowing the housing market down is the astronomical cost of building materials, especially lumber, caused by the intentional shut down plandemic of the dim-0-craps.
