Wait, didn't Merrick Garland give testimony in Congress that he "presumed he applied for the job" when asked about how his #3 left the DOJ for a lower-level, non-career advancing position in NYC? Was there a job posting, interviews, etc..in the hiring of Matthew Colangelo?
