So, they are offended that the judge is perpetuating the stereotype that black culture is, in large part, synonymous with criminality, are they?
What if the stereotype aligns with reality?
The fact is, at any given time, approximately 36% of black males under the age of 35 are involved in the criminal justice system due to their criminal activities. Of course, the officially recorded percentage of 36% would be higher if the criminal justice system were not so lenient towards the black community's criminal activities.
IOWs, the system, for political reasons, allows many black criminals to evade justice. The true extent of the problem is deliberately concealed.
